Dr. Lui furthered his education at the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry, where he graduated with a Doctorate of Optometry in 2004. His studies at SUNY College of Optometry included a clinical externship at the Northport VA Medical Center, which is a veteran hospital in Long Island, New York. This is where he gained valuable experience in ocular pathology, therapeutics and head trauma.
