Mr. Vali pretends to be very polished, nice guy. However, once he receives money he never answer the phone or do the work on time. he promised to send me the first draft of my basement in a week, now it is more than two months and no responded/ I called him many times he hangs up the phone. he usually comes with his tow of his employs and pretends he is good at what he is doing. Be ware, he is a fake. Never trust this guy.
