Customer Service
The individuals working for this company have very poor customer satisfaction skills. They prefer to go out for lunch rather than attending a call with proper ettiquette.

We do have a period of time during the lunch hour when we have less staff than outside of the lunch hour and we endeavor to service anyone who needs to come in to pick up during this time. We encourage our customers to avoid the lunch hour so that they will not be inconvenienced.
