Maria and Rafael do not put their customers first. They made an honest mistake that they refused to take responsibility for. They should have owned up the the paltry sum to make their customer happy to return to them. I offered to split the difference on a car rental error at $150. They should try harder to help their customers. I will take my future business elsewhere.
