No service really available. I bought a defective microwave that is unbalanced on the counter top and discovered a screw protruding underneath. I have already required help to have item delivered from the car up to my apartment as it is too heavy for me to lift. Now I’m supposed to drag it back to the store in Burlington! Yr Mississauga center was no help either. Yr poor attitude and customer service is deplorable.
