Horrible company , does not answer the phone.

unreliable. unresponsive to timings. For such a small area they need to increase their cars and drivers. If they are at all interested in improving their customer base and reputation they should work on customer service. Just because you are the only gig in town doesnt mean you get to treat customers like they dont matter. I hope this comment is taken seriously.

Hours should be posted on here!! Anyways, more drivers needed on weekends, especially if you have to wait 1 hr at 1am when there aren't any damn bard in the town to warrant the wait!! Just no excuse for that at all!!

Unreliable. Called ahead at 10:20 for a cab at 11am, was told by dispatcher "no problem". Called again at 11:15, to find that all their cabs were "all out of town". Wasn't picked up til 11:40. Had to throw out the groceries because they melted and spoiled while i waited. Save your time and money and find other transportation.

The drivers are all friendly and they all gladly take along K-9 passengers.

Waiting over a hour in a small town for a foul smelling cab (without a meter) and crabby driver is unacceptable. Horrible experience overall.
