I felt like I have been a favourite client for years, yet it was my first visit! I had a concern regarding an advertisement I had seen online and when I approached the issue, I was blown away with how accommodating Pierino was. I am very accustom to the service industry, I love to eat out and pamper myself…so I understand how things can happen. But it was how he dealt with it…I felt like I was really listened to and he made a fair compromise. I walked out of that salon feeling amazing! I definitely recommend this Salon, they really understand Customer Service, and they have the talent to make it an overall great experience.
