The management company of our apartment building treated 700 - 1,000 residents to the most delicious BBQ lunch provided by BBQ Gourmet. We had smoked Texas brisket, Nashville Spiced chicken and Scandinavian Style hot smoked salmon together with other treats. The directions were easy to follow and the food was ample for two meals.
