Established in 1970, the Bayview Mall Vet Clinic has been caring for pets in the Willowdale community for over 40 years. Since then, we have expanded several times and now have 3 full time veterinarians with a complement of 10 animal loving support staff. We are a multilingual clinic and have staff members that are able to converse in Cantonese, German, French, and Dutch. Dogs and cats make up the majority of our practice. However we do see rabbits, birds and small pocket pets mostly for wellness checks and general husbandry. We offer wellness, preventive services and dentistry. Terrible service!!! Money is the first consideration to them, not the pet!!! They use every method to rip you off. If you want to repeat the prescription and not do the check up again (which I just took my dog for them to check up couple weeks ago), they made nonsense excuse to make you wait for a week for the medication, but if you spend more money and bring your pet for another check up, they will provide the prescription right away. Never going back again!!! No moral in doing business!!!
