Dr Tiiu Hess North Toronto Eye Care

Very rude Dr, no bedside manner. Walked in without saying hello, brought her own stress into the room and elevated the stress. She yelled at the patient, perhaps if she would have explained first what she was going to do the patient could known what to expect. She has no regard for a senior who does not speak English well, her attitude and mistreatment of a senior that is in pain is just awful to watch. Its very sad actually. Do not see Dr Hess, she has no decency and is not caring at all.

My experience with Dr Hess was great. She was very kind and through. I needed my stye removed in time fora big meeting and she squeezed me in. Surgery hurt but looked great after.

Dr Hess operated on my eyelids and I couldnt be happier with the decision. She explained what she was going to do and what to expect. There was some swelling after, which went down and not much pain at all which I was happy about. Im glad I had it done.

Doctor Tiiu Hess, was very unprofessional and rude. She was screaming instructions at my elderly father who is not fluent in English. This was not normal at all. I never seen a doctor scream at patients before. She did not want to repeat her self. She has no patience or respect and I would never recommend her to anyone.
