I booked an appointment for massage, on my way there I was calling them but no pickup each time so assumed they were just busy. But when I got there they were closed, was knocking and calling and could hear phone ring, no one was there. They close at 6 and this was way before then, and I had appointment! Very unprofessional and shady, and wasted my time, was very hot day, lots of traffic, and the massage was for my mom who had knee osteoarthritis so it was difficult for her to travel too.

I bought a deep tissue massage package on Groupon with this clinic. The massage was terrible. The Therapist's hands keps cracking with every movement, which is something I find repulsive. She did not apply enough pressure and the massage felt like a body rub. The entire duration of our 60 min session, she kept trying to sell me future services, including that of her co-workers. She kept the door wide open had people enter and leave the room several times.
