There is an old saying in Germany that 'We are what we eat'; 'Man ist, was Man isst' in German language, which means that our body is composed of what we consume. Namely, what we consume reflects majority of our well-being. According to modern scientific research, it certainly is true that biological aspects can't be exempted from the factors that affect the one's state of health. However, eating habits imitate one's healthiness the most as there would be no one in disagreement with this fact. Recently, malnutrition, unbalanced diet, or excessive consumption of instant food, have created eating disorders, overweight, and other health related problems worldwide.
