Zotov Martha

During the process of buying a house, I had consulted the services of Martha Zotov for documentation processing. This was by far THE WORST experience I could've imagined with consulting a lawyer. This firm is performing as if they have completely no experience in their field. The only time they can seem to be decent is in the beginning when they attract a client. After that, once they have talked the client in, the client is only met with rudeness and un-professionalism. They never answer calls

We needed to have power of attorney. Martha and staff were very professional, listened to our concerns and reflected them in a draft. All was done in 1 h! The minor negative is that they have a small waiting area. But again we have not been kept there for long.

Promised to do everything in 2 weeks. 5 months after nothing is done. They hang up in the middle of you talking to them, never call you, and don't do any work unless you remind them 3 times. I gave up trying to reach them after 5 months
