Kandis has been working with dogs for over 21 years. She started her animal care career at a boarding facility and German Shepherd breeder and through the years has gained her knowledge working at training schools and Veterinary Hospitals and attending multiple behavior seminars. She has been training dogs for over 10 years and has competed in Obedience, Rally, Draft Dog, Canine Freestyle Heel work to Music, Musical Freestyle, Agility, and Treibball. She enjoys spending her time in the competition ring with her three dogs and has titled dogs to Canadian Obedience Champion, Master Level Rally Obedience, and revived many awards, placements, ribbons and top obedience awards in Canada.
