This dealership is simply second to none in Ottawa. Grant Schubert is likely the best salesperson we've ever dealt with. Thus this is the 3rd purchase/lease in a row that we've completed with Grant. I really like how he understands that some people like negotiating over email and text. No pressure to force us to come in. Sales is great Service does not return calls even after 48 hours. Service or receptiojn gives you the same message...we will call you back. I did an on line booking for service and I never gort confirmation so i dont even know if it was received. Very poor set up.

Huge fan of this dealership. I have taken my car in numerous times to get it serviced, anything from oil changes to major repairs. Each time the staff has been very accommodating and were able to answer all my many questions (given my limited car knowledge), the booking/day-of process was quick and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall I would recommend this dealership and will certainly be going back there!

Never been so happy with a purchase. Great customer service. so patient. took their time explaining every detail of the purchase. Any questions I have I pick up the phone or just go down to visit. They make themselves readily available. I was happy with all the respect they showed and the time spent on us.

Dan and Matt and the guys at the front as well as the whole team from sales to behind the scenes to help desk etc. are all amazing! That is why we keep going back! The service is timely and if there is an extra "surprise" on the car that needs to be fixed they are always great at delivering the news whether good or bad. They are patient and kind and I will always refer people to Donnelly because of the wonderful personelle from Top management to all departments. Thanks guys!
