Jack's Upholstery

Jack was fast to provide an estimate but poor in completing work. I had 2 small items, fixing a door and replacing some floor slats. The door work was done fairly quickly (quality was just ok) but the flooring has been outstanding for the last 11 months. I gave some leniency because it was Covid but every time I followed-up it was just excuses, he would always say he would call me back with an update but never did. I have asked for my deposit ($175) but I don't expect it back.

This is the worst upholstery job I’ve ever seen. Don’t bring your furniture here, they’ll ruin your stuff!!
