They should have properly trained people working in their bakery. I went to pick up a cake and the young guy that was working was terrible. Unhelpful and wouldn’t write on my cake because he has “poor handwriting”-isn’t that what someone in a bakery should be able to do? I made him change the strawberries on the cake because the ones on it originally looked like they should have gone in the garbage a week ago. Will not use the bakery again there.
