Wendy's Taxi

Wendy is a great lady! She has been driving cab a long time! High respect for this lady. There is way to many cabs in this town it's very competitive! Hard finding good drivers! Wendy works on her own sometimes and can only do what she can when by herself! But she is well known in this town and been driving a long time 10 star if I could!

Terrible customer service

We called for a cab, have them detailed instructions how to get to us in the Country. Gave them our phone number in case they had problems. Said they'd be 20 mins. Waited 45, still nothing so we called back. They said they phoned us (they did not) and couldn't find our house. "What do you want us to do drive around in circles until we find you?" Terrible customer service. How hard is it to apologize and send someone out right away. Had to call someone else. Will never use them again.
