After learning our furnace was beyond repair, Jay provided us with a quote for replacement which was substantially less than others. Jay offered honest advice as to which features we should invest in, rather than trying to up-sell. He was well organized and worked quickly so our family wouldn’t be left in the cold. Jay’s service was professional and he was very easy to communicate with. We will gladly have Jay back again in Spring to complete some additional work.
Jay has saved the day on 3 separate occasions. He has replaced my old inefficient furnace, my old central air unit, and recently my 10 year old hot water tank after it sprung a leak with little not. He has been the easiest of all the trades I've ever dealt with and I look forward to the new gas stove install soon. He's always been fair and hasn't gouged me price wise, more than I can say about a ton of other services over the years. And he doesn't cut corners or leave the job incomplete.
We had Jay out to put a furnace at the PCSC soccer clubhouse. It was in the roof and was a tough install. Jay did an amazing job , on time and the price quoted . The service was excellent and a great person who is honest and up front with everything. I would not hesitate to use him for any of my hvac needs .
