Lansdowne Nail Spa

I had a pedicure here. I did not enjoy my experience and will not be back. I felt like I was rushed through and they were not busy. Barely any time was spent on the bottom of my feet. Underneath my nails were not cleaned properly. Previous polish was left on to put new polish on top of. I would not recommend going to this place and I wont be back. Why do we not demand a better work ethic from our service?

Powder from someone else's nails all over the table "Black" nail file so old it was white with nail enamel A fleck of purple from the person before me got on my thumb and they left it Extremely thick acrylics with globs residue dried under the nail Horrible shaping - the end was wider than the rest of the nail Sanded way too far down, one nail actually hurts now from it The acrylic covered my skin on one nail Not worth the $60

Do NOT go here!! 0/5 stars This was my first time here, I had Kim and spent $100 to have my nails filled with UV Gel + Shelac that is supposed to be impenetrable... My nails were sloppy, crooked, shaped improperly, chipped when I got home same day. And the pedicure was rushed. There were people sitting there having theirs done long before I sat down and they still finished me first. My feet are still covered in dry skin, I received no top coat, and so the pedicure is all chipped as well, same day. Huge amount of money wasted. I will never go here again. Highly unrecommend!!

Do not recommend - very dissapointed

I booked an appointment for 10:30am on a Saturday for my 7 year old neice and I. We got there - and waited over an hour for our appointment to start. They did an ok job on our pedicures although took way too much off my feet with the scraper and my heels now hurt to walk on. They did a horrible job on my manicure. Nails weren't shaped properly (some of them are longer on one side than the other), she filed the nails but didn't take off the filings under the nails so I had to do it when I got home, and it chipped so badly within 2 days I had to take it off. I will never go here again.
