I went for my first Brazilian on Friday... Jenna made me feel comfortable, I laughed through the whole thing... she even does a free touch up after one week! Will definitely be continuing to use her!
I have come to Pettigrew spa for bikini waxes for the last 6 years. Jenna is one of the best aestheticians I have ever known. If I happen to move, I will travel back to Peterborough - she is that good! I've also enjoyed their mani/pedi service/facial massage as well - great service there too. The rest of the staff have always been professional and welcoming, going above and beyond at times in terms of service. I highly recommend gift certificates or a visit!
Jenna is wonderful but the other young lady who did my wax last week was awful. I don't know if I was burned or just had a few layers of skin torn off, but after 7 days I am just now able to walk without pain.
I have called to try to speak to an owner/manager several times over the past week and I am always told that they are "in a treatment" and will return my call. I have received no return call. This is very poor service and I now intend to make sure that everyone I know is warned to stay away from this place unless they are guaranteed treatment by Jenna. And even at that, such poor customer service from the people in charge is a huge concern.
