I had a terrible experience with another official dealership and these guys provided me with a diagnosis on the spot, a 6-step official process to have the engine replaced (manufacturing defect) by Hyundai Canada and came below the accessory budget provided to change most of the car internal systems. Thanks, Anil, for your support and honesty. You guys have won a client.

Worst dealership ever. Worst after-sales service. 1 star because there is no option for 0 star.

The Vehicle Manager, Gamal Youssef, will make a deal with you, and then not honour it. He promises something, and doesnt deliver. Some would call him a LIAR, or a SNAKE. I expect dealers to lie to sell a car, but I was actually disgusted by this guy. He clearly does not want your business. So do yourself a favour, go somewhere else and deal with someone with integrity. If a man cant stick to his word, then the man is USELESS. So disrespectful. STAY AWAAYYY!!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommended.
