Unbelievable care! We waited for over an hour outside in the heat but this clinic followed Covid rules to the letter and provided compassionate, informed care beyond our wildest dreams. Communication was incredible. The vet, Dr. Kuk, answered all questions, did not rush us despite how busy she was. This clinic called next day to see how our pet was faring with the prescribed medications and diet guidelines as she was bleeding from her rectum when we admitted her. Amazing.
STAY AWAY! Heartless people. They see you as walking profit, they’ll charge you tremendous amounts for absolutely nothing. I took my pet there, did an x ray, withoug discussing any alternative options they took him (payed almost 2000). I was told in the morning he still needed more monitoring we agreed. The next morning they told us sorry we couldn’t help him you could put him down, for continuation? They do not lay out all the options, there was another way to help him they said but didn’t.
THis clinic cares about profit over pets' well-being. My cat was suffering when I brought him in. The first thing they showed me is the extensive price list for various services they have. Did not provide any diagnosis and did not offer any treatment.
Charged me a high amount and let me go, my cat is still not treated. I went to another veterinarian, who diagnosed my cat and prescribed the treatment that resolved the problem very quickly, charging me the fraction of what this place did
Yesterday my husband and I brought our sick puppy into the clinic in the middle of the night as he ingested some medication. I cannot stress enough how incredible Dr. Greenstein and her team are. The thoroughness, care, and swift attention to our dog was amazing. They truly cared about our puppy and our needs. I am more than pleased and wish that this clinic offered general services in addition to emergency medicine. It's rare you find a veterinary team who is this professional and caring, truly.
