This business employs agents who dont know anything and dont have any liability. The "Yeo group" cheated me out of a walkthrough and when all the problems came they said it was not their problem. I would ask her about area bylaws and she had no answers for me. I hired her and she clearly worked for the other side; she got annoyed by showing me houses and told me to settle... I would do everything i could to avoid this real estate company.
