Chef/Owner Paresh Thakkar opened the restaurant in September of 2011. He had previously worked at Paddy Flaherty's, Fanshawe College, Lola's Lounge, Bertoldi's Trattoria, The Trough Dining Co., along with providing cooking classes at Loblaws, The LCBO and The Cheese Store. This location provides a place for Paresh to create and innovate, trying new flavour combinations with daily specials which include soup, salad and dips.
