    I opened an account on Lakeshore Road, a matter of conveniance, they closed the branch and moved to a busy shopping mall. Guess what, I'm closing my account! And customer service is deplorable! Your are an insult to your customers!!

    Been with this bank for many years. When they went to the new branch at Lambton mall the staff and managers are the worst going in customer service! I will take my mortgage and accounts elsewhere!
