Very Bad Service

I had a very bad experience with Celsius Heating & Air Conditioning and I felt I was receiving inappropriate and bad customer service. I made an appointment with this irresponsible company few days ago. They promised me and sent the technician to find and fix problems in my air conditioning system. However, nobody showed up all day long and I kept calling this company and left messages. They didn't answer my phone and ignored me. Finally, I hired another professional service technician. This way of working is pretty irresponsible.
