Just bought a cake from this store just now. This is my second purchase in a week. Server was nice and was helpful. When I asked if she can put extra sprinkles so it looks nicer, another lady behind the counter responded in a rude way that it's extra charge. Seriously? I paid $33.99 for this cake and you can't give that small request for free? Should re-train this one on how to handle customer requests otherwise you'll lose loyal customers.
