I bought a groupon detail package and they just denied my reservation with no reason. Waste of time and gas. Bad and rude service it was badddddddd experience
Worst. Service. EVER!
I bought a complete detail package. They've only shampooed half of my engine (left hard to reach spots that are VISIBLY dirty). They cleaned half of EACH mat, i have, some parts of my car, and they didn't even TRIED to get rid of ANY tree saps that was on my car. "they are rust, there is nothing we can do about it". After saying that the sales person literally just left me outside, sticking me with a "free wash coupon" that she wrote on the back of their business card.
The detailing had a smeary finish, windows not cleaned, mats that were dripping wet, and the woman in charge was extremely rude. She was very nasty to me and made me feel very stupid and low. It was clear to me that because my car was a groupon car certificate and it wasn't that dirty, that they left it until the end of the day and then rushed the detailing job.
