OVERPRICED AND MISREPRESENTED

I was kept waiting 20 minutes past the time I had booked an appointment for, despite the fact that there was stylists walking about and talking with the receptionist. The price was twice what it said it would be on the website, and I made it clear I did not like the style and was offered no compensation or apology.
