Horrible customer service...
Purchased a dishwasher July 26, 2021. Was told prior to purchase there would be a delay with no ETA. Understandable as there is a worldwide chip shortage and delivery delays. However, I was in communication with our sales rep over the past few MONTHS and September 18 was told I'm 12th in line for my item and then the week of October 4, I'm told I'm 25th. When i emailed back questioning the discrepancy, no response. It's been 3 weeks with no reply. Even emailing the customer service email!
Please be aware of this Company, they delivered me a dishwasher and within 30 days I found out it was dented in on the top. My plumber and I opened the brand new Dishwasher only to find out the cutlery tray on top did not open due to damage. It was within 30 days and they declined me an exchange or refund. Their resolution department does not exist that just say that and give you the run around .
Order748914- What a terrible time. Order was switched multiple times from this product to that this price to that & paid for extended warranty for 3 appliance & CSRep argued that only 2 were paid for- tried to sell me another warranty that I already paid for- Needlessto say this really escalated --CS Mgr blew up I blew up she hung up. Told them I would just go into the store in person and get resolution and picket & share my experience- in the end she sent me the extended warranty coverage.
Great service friendly staff
Got a stove with no serial number and store has incorrect serial number on my extended warranty papers according to Samsung (they tell me its missing a digit). Called sales rep and passed to customer care and passed to parts and service just to email me telling me to look at top right corner of storage drawer. I had already sent photos of drawer to prove no sticker with serial #. Still not resolved. DONT BUY FROM THEM. EVER!!!!
Wrost place to buy appliances. I bought a fridge on Nov 23, 2018 and it was delivered on Dec 1. I checked the fridge on the website on Dec 9, and the price went down $500. So Ive asked for price adjustment on the same day, and they said that they dont do the price adjustment once its delivered. Theyre just trying to sell the stuff, and once you make the payment, there is no customer service at all. Just Do Go There.

Absolutely TERRIFYINGLY HORRIFIC experience and service. If you take my money, I expect to get my product - the concept is quite simple.
