I have been using Lorenzos services for my business and personal taxes for many years now. very bad experience...after requesting certain things to be filed on my taxes (income splitting) in writing and in person, he still didn't do it and it made a difference of approx $2000 to my tax return... so when i inquired about this i got the most disrespectful, unprofessional and rude response. He also put the wrong sin # on my last 3 years taxes.. because i questioned all this he yelled at me and gave me back my papers and told me to go elsewhere.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND
