GARBAGE!!

they burnt our buns meat and fries. buffalo chicken had no flavour at all. i will not take my family there ever again. the sevice was ok but I cant say much for someone or some place that would bring food to a table like that. the loaded fries sat under the catapillar for 2 long and burnt the cheese. atop the overcooked fries. LOW LOW STANDARDS PLEASE DONT GO THERE.

Two of us ordered the tbone. brutal, toughest tbone I have ever eaten. My main complaint however, was the female server. She initially was pleasent but the minute someone caused her an extra trip to get silverware or ketchup or some water she rolled her eyes! So much so that three in our party noticed it. We tipped her but I didnt want to. The older members in the party wondered if she had a hard day or some trouble in her life and insisted on tippiing her. I couldnt believe how unprofessional she was and wanted her to know it by not tipping. In any case, this server was a definate downer on our special meal out. We will not be going there again, and since I am the driver, five others will not be going there again either... Sorry, hate to criticize but really, rolling your eyes at the customers who are tipping you??

atmosphere is wonderfull,great service and the food is awesome whether it's a burger or steak,servers are very personable and would not be afraid recommend this place to anybody

Great Steaks! Poor Service!

I brought my wife and 14 month old daughter out for Friday night dinner to celebrate a recent promotion my wife had gotten. When we arrived we were told we would have to wait a few minutes for a table, no big deal, were seated with a smile and our waitress came over promptly to take drink orders, it took 20 miutes for them to arrive, and my wifes was wrong. she drank it anyway. We were hungry, so ordered appetizers. We had a spinich dip and a cesear salad. The spinich dip was great and tasted very fresh! We followed that with T-Bone steaks each. I like mne rare and my wife likes hrs medium well. I cant tell you how many times we have been out for steak and because they start cooking them at the same time, either one or the other is cooked wrong. Not here, they both came out perfect, and were some of the best steaks we had ever eaten. Very good experience with the food, was ignored by our waitress and I think would sit in the bar area next time to avoid that situation. I won't bring my daughter back as they don't seem to have working highchairs with straps, no apology for that either. Go for the food!

Some of the Worst Service Ive seen

We have been here a few times, My first time was for lunch with my mother when they first opened. We were seated right away, took 10min for menus. Fire alarm went off while waiting for our waitress and one waitress wouldn't even let us LEAVE! My infant son was terrified I just wanted to leave for his sake. Took over 30 min for our order, didn't bother for asking for refills. How ever the bill came right away. Second time was with a bunch of friends and their kids who traveled over an hour to go here. Again Seated right away. Drink Order was taken prompt how ever took over 25 min to receive them. Lied to us about Menu items and blamed other location in which our guest were frequent customers of. Took So long for someone to come ask us our order that our guest didn't bother to order for themselves, just their kids. I had to YELL at our waiter to come back to take our order. Took over a hour to get our food, Kids meals were cold. Were given NO cutlery nor condiments. I actually had to go ask the bartender for some. We walked through the doors at 20 to 9 we did not walk out till past 11 30. And absoulty No apologies for our horrid service. My last and I do mean LAST time We were there I went to go have lunch with an old friend who wanted to go despite what I had told her. Again Seated right away how ever didn't have a WORKING high chair for my son. None of the straps worked. Stayed regardless, Orders were taken right away, how ever took a while to receive...again. Waitress sat a steaming hot plate in front of my 8month old son, when their was clearly lots of room else were. Was refused extra Lemons for Friends son. I will never be returning. 3 Strikes, your out.

service could have been better.

we decided to come here when they opened. the food was great but the service wasn't.we waited 20 minutes for oour drinks and 30 minutes for our food.the server brought us the wrong stuff one time. when the food finally arrived it was great.
