    Purchased a palle...

    Purchased a pallet Stove which was installed by Daniel. I thought the work was 100% satisfactory along with his amazing staff who managed to follow up a month later making sure everything was working accordantly. Christine provided me with honest information how the product would be installed and the performance from the stove works fantastic! I would recommend Alternative Energy to anyone who is interested with proper heating installation in their home. Thanks Again Daniel and Christine!!

    I had Alternative...

    I had Alternative Energy install a wood stove last Sept 2014. Excellent customer service, staff were very friendly and courteous to deal with answered all my questions. Install was on time and the owner took the time to explain all the features and operational instructions once installed. The work completed was professional with excellent follow up.

    poor business

    I bought my pellet stove less than a month ago. It quite working , they will not answer my phone calls ,they won't give me a number to call for warranties . It's been a very expensive bad experience !!!!!

    Great service with professional staff

    Professional, knowledgeable, experienced. The owner Daniel was very prompt with the insatll of our new pellet stove. There was a discrepency in regards to the quote...Daniel was very professional about the matter and took care of us. Very competitive with his service...you will not be disapointed with his work. Also they have great pricing on their pellets per bag or per pallet.
