We are an entrepreneur that build over 100 houses a year in the province of Quebec. We used these windows for 1 year to find out there are big air and water infiltration problems with the windows. There are pieces missing and parts modified from the original plans approved by energy star. We try to contact Integral window system many time to have assistance from them to correct the problem but never have any answers. I would definitely never recommend anyone to this enterprise.
