Good and service is good. Although they have no change table in the restrooms for changing your baby on. Won't be going there again until my baby is out of diapers.
My grandmother has been a T Bay resident since 1934. When I came to visit here, she would always take me out for GOOD Chinese food. I have become quite the critic. How sad it is to say, that I follow what I knew to be the best. I really do remember how delicious it was. The Mandarin, The Great Wall and finally Chinese Express have become a steaming pile of rice.. I've been eating T Bay Chinese since two, and twenty four now. Have been embarrassed by taking my girlfriend to my fave to often. I had enough when I said I love Chinese Express and was fooled again... Horrible rice. Over boiled, then under fried. Simply an awful misery of porridge like consistency. Over battered chicken balls and battered shrimp. More like battered balls and shrimp bits. Along with a side of strange waitress. God help us all. I wish everyone would admit that the Chinese food in this city used to be better!!!!!
I have been eating in and ordering my chinese food from this establishment for years. I have never had an issue with quality or service. We had a mistake once during a delivery order and after a quick phone call the missing food showed up at my door promptly - and with extra! Naysayers are perhaps either overly picky or (being a smalltown) have a personal beef with the owners/servers and wish to discredit the business. I have friends who have driven across town to get food from this resturant! We will always continue to dine at or order from Chinese Express.
If you're looking for a nice atmosphere, this ISN'T the place to go. But if you're looking for good Chinese Food, this is some of the best! So, we do takeout!! Their Bon Bons are the best I've ever had!!! :-)
Food is always excellent with great friendly staff and large portions. Me and my girlfriend attend a couple times a month, the only place in town we go to for chinese food.
My wife and I have faithfully dined here, for years ALWAYS experiencing the best in service from the beautiful girls.Prompt service,and delicious food are always a sure thing here. The feng shui,and Chinese karaoke, make the ambiance second to none.

I'm new to town here, so some colleagues from the office asked me to join them at their regular luncheon restaurant.
The parking lot was packed, we could barely find a space! And the beautiful girls were so friendly when greeting us, I felt I had gone to one of their homes for lunch meeting their family rather than a restaurant.
The service was great, the girls had a sense of humour and knew everyone by name, drink and order! It's crazy how they could do that seeing as how busy it was, they must have hundreds of regulars.
The young lady suggested my lunch and my gosh it was incredible. The best tasting food I've ever eaten in my life!
The soup was so hot and so full of wontons and veggies I could barely finish it off. And the springrolls were delicious! I wanted to eat more, if only I weren't watching cholesterol level!
I got a bit of a taste of the guys' lunch specials, and those plates they give you were packed! How the girls can carry three at a time without the food spilling off the side is a mystery to me. And for a price at around 5 bucks!
I am definitely glad I was introduced to a place like this, where I can feel comfortable especially since I'm new in town, I'll be back again soon!
And everyday after that!

HOLY MAN....this food is the best food ever! like honestly i would defiantly reccomend this restaurant..i've been to like almost every chinese restaurnat in town and by far this is the best one ever!..i was looking for acutal chinese food and when i went there i found it!..the staff has beautiful girls workign there who are the sweetest things ever..with their very neat and organized colourful uniforms..they are very knowledgable..and its just a very friendly atmoshphere..i will go there everytime i'm in town..also another big thing the restaurant is very very clean and tidy!!!!!!!!!and overall its by far the best restaruant ever! with the most amazing food!!!!!!!
OMG this is the best chinese food i've ever tasted in my entire life!.. the service was amazing with the prettiest girls alive...they always smile at you and they're uniforms are so colorful..also the restaurant is very clean and tidy and over all is one of the best restaurants i've ever been to..i reccomend this place 100%!!! keep it up chinese express!!!!

Wow this restaurant is most certainly the best in town! They were so friendly, the service was wonderful. The food was delicious, best egg rolls that were crispy and were filled to the brim. The chicken balls had SO much meat, the ribs were meaty and so tasty. The rice is to die for and the beef and greens had so much beef and veggies, that were so fresh and not overcooked!
The food was prepared remarkably fast but still was cooked well and the portions were phenomenal! We all had more than one serving and yet still had leftovers.
I'm certainly going to become a regular!
