Janzen's Northwood. We received excellent help buying compression stockings by a young man. He was so knowledgeable and professional and couldn't do enough to help us. The great service continued at the checkout with a very friendly and efficient young lady. Thank you !

I phoned to inquire about a medication but their first question was if I was one of their clients (i.e. are you paying us?) I phoned another pharmacy and they were more than helpful and they didn't ask if I was their client either. It was a simple matter that I had two steroid creams and one was the brand name and one was generic. I feel because this business is successful that they have become a little too big for their britches. They don't really care if you might transfer over.
