    I called them to ...

    I called them to have their technician come over to provide preventative maintenance on our furnace. They said they would call me to set up an appointment when they were in our neighbourhood. They never called back. I contacted them again to set up an appointment and they said they were too busy to come over. How's that for LOCAL SERVICE?!?
