High quailty furniture at a fair price! I order a beautiful DecorRest sectional and brand new bedroom set and I am very pleased! My salesperson was very helpful in customizing my sectional to suit my needs and style. My sectional came in quicker than expected so I was very excited! Excellent delivery staff as well, even removed my old furniture.. very polite and careful with my home and new product! Always shopping Arctics. Much better quality all around.
Extremely disappointed with this store and it's service. Ordered $6,703.20 of furniture on October 12, it's been 76 days and I still have no furniture. Apparently my money doesn't matter to them. I've called twice and I didn't even get an apology nor was I offered a discount for this ridiculous wait time. Don't ever shop at Arctic!
As per our prior conversation with this customer , this comment is untruthful. Customer received more than half her order already, and we went above and beyond to try to help, by lending pieces in the meantime. Unfortunate that she is unsatisfied with our attempts at appeasing her disappointment
