This flower store stinks! I walked in to buy some flowers for myself & waited 5 minutes while the owner verbally abused a staff member in the back room not realizing I was there. It was so embarrasing. I felt horrible for the poor girl working there and did not want to support this place after what I saw. Their prices were expensive and the quality didn't look all that fresh. Probable a good place to buy funeral flowers as they don't need to last long and the customer doesn't care about abuse.
I ordered flowers on line for the first time from Canadiana Florists, not only did I get a call to confirm my order and that it got delivered I also was treated in the most respectful way when an issue came up with the credit card being used. In all my adult life I have never received such consideration from a business, my order was delivered on time and I was also thanked for the business. Wow, I will be definitely be making this site my main source for ordering flowers.
