I had many conversations and emails with the agency over a period of 3 months for the care of my mother and was assured that everything was in place but 3 weeks before the start of said care Golden Lion informed us that they cannot supply a caregiver. There was never anything said that would lead me to believe there would be a problem. Do not use this agency.
