Horrible customer service. Do not go near this salon. Do not get a Groupon for this salon. After a terrible experience with the rude staff at this salon, I would never use Groupon again!

I am a very understanding person as I have worked in retail and customer service for a long time but this is the most unprofessional salon I have ever come across, starting from the Hairdressers to the service. I had purchased a groupon for a specific hair dresser, named Ryan. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER, EVER BOOK WITH HIM or USE GROUPON. Once they receive your money, they do not care whether or not you ever get the service. I booked an appointment with Ryan two weeks in advance.
