I will be forever grateful to the girls at TDS. They got me a few temp jobs that turned into longer, full time placements, which have now led to me getting a job in my area of expertise.
If you put your head down, work hard, and as a result get a good report back to your agent in TDS from your temp/full-time job placement, who knows where it'll lead you.I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
I applied to TDS thinking that they would uphold a strong mandate of helping their applicants to find full time work or at least positions that had the potential to lead to full time. Shortly after using the service, I learned that they had absolutely no interest in helping me find a full time job but rather were only interested in making money off of me working the random assignment jobs they found me - all temporary. I will never use their service again. They are only interested in cashing in
