    Bought a boot for my toddler and the zip on it keeps coming down. Went to the store to return it but they refused. It was my third terrible experience shopping at Zara eaton Center

    Terrible management rubs off in employees. One employee asked me to hand them a hanger? Another refused fitting room even thought we’ve been shopping andn store wasn’t closing with no announcement. Manager gave employees attitude. Employees also seemed miserable.
