Blackbird has transformed my kitchen and bathroom with their amazing workmanship and huge choices of patterns of quartz counter tops. They ironed out any blips in dates for instillation with class. Thanks to Joan for experience and information, and the great installers Jessie and Jake for their strive for perfection.
We just had Quartz countertops installed by Blackbird Stone and Tile. The whole experience was awesome from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

If you want a stressful situation deal with the owner of this business, he will find a way to blame you form their mistake and then try and make you feel bad because he made the mistake. If you expect customer service and respect you wont get it here! Installers were amazing, unfortunately they installed the wrong product... there are lots of other places that will respect their customers..
Our experience with the owner and office staff was terrible. We would never recommend them. However, the tile installer did an excellent job and was easy to work with. But the office staff was friendly until their mistakes in calculating the # of tiles, quoting and invoicing came to light. Then they blamed us and were completely unprofessional. Our conversation with the owner indicted that he has no concept of customer service. Overall a needlessly stressful experience.
The delivery team was a lazy pair, they left fast food wrappers and a lot of dust in my home. If uploading pictures were an option you could see they put the sink in on an angle.
