They charge you for a pedicure, and ask you 10 minutes into it if you want your toenails trimmed... isnt that part of what a pedicure is??? Everything is an extra $5.00. By the time you leave, very expensive. Who charges extra to cut toenails when you already pay for a pedicure.. They also charge extra for removing hardened skin on feet, which isnt part of a pedicure, apparently. Wont go again.
Worst Nail Salon ever... They were very unfriendly and they were rude when I refused to get an expensive Shellac on my nails. I will never go there again.
Pushy...tried to upsell on everything. Continued to push extras even after I said I wasn't interested. Charged $5 extra to do sparkle polish on one finger...? Unbelievable. Won't be returning.
Excellent work, I've been back many times and have always had a great experience at the location in uxbridge. They do a wonderful job with the gel nails, and only once was there a little chip in my nail and I went back the next day and they fixed it no charge without hassle. Great prices and even better people.
Went last year was brutal..chipping nails back 3 times to fix ..went back this yr as other places were booked. Went back 3 times in 5 days to be fixed. They r now all chipped 7 days after.was in 2 days ago and now gave up.. also charged me for repairs. Will not be going back ever again.
Terrible customer service. Wait 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge u....Told to come back in half hour and again ignored while employees have 15 minute discussion in another language.. ignoring us again. Walked out and won't be back. My last visit their was a full on argument between 2 employees in front of all their customers. Tip:. Make your customers feel welcome...Not akward!
