BMO Bank of Montreal Waterdown Branch with ATM, Main

I am looking for a mortage for my mobile home.I went into the bank in Waterdown about a month ago and was told to get some papers together. I stopped in twice to check the progress and I waqs told there was a communication problem.I made another appointment for Jan 24 2018 for 10 am to meet with Crystal. I was not in there for 2 minutes and the young lady said there is nothing she can do. Why was i not told this before, wasting my time,my gas.I am a senior I cant even finish here what i want sa
