I have been dealing with Bill for a number of years and have always found him to be professional and competent. He replaced the boiler in a property I own and the installation and follow up service has been excellent. I will use him again.

Extremely professional and efficient. Bill is so knowledgeable about heating and hydronics that he was recommended to me by three separate plumbing and heating companies. Bill installed radiant floor heating in a mudroom reno. When I had a flood due to a hot water tank rupture, Bill was able to get me a quote for an upgraded system the next business day, and an install as soon as I had other estimates - should have just called Bill. The only guy for heating hydronics! Don't go elsewhere!

Unfortunately I have had a really terrible experience will Bill and must caution others from using his services. I do not write reviews often, but the degree of unprofessionalism that Bill showed with my job has warranted this comment. I caution others to be careful before engaging him...

I was very impressed with the personal attention and quickness of the response from the time I called to inquire about getting a diagnosis of our boiler issue. Issues diagnosed and repaired in a couple of days. Very friendly and professional technician. I will use them again. No question.

A 5-star service. Fast response from initial contact. Arrived when promised, quick diagnosis of the issue. Service team arrived to fix the issue promptly, without mess and instructed us on how best to run the new AC system. A great small independent company. Would recommend.
