Worst Restaurant Ever!

Not the first time visit. We visit many restaurants and I thought the mail advertisement for Margarita Shrimp looked good, so I'd give Applebee's a another chance. This was the first time I sent back a dish. The avocado was rock cold in the stir fry. The manager offered a salad to replace....We were still charged full price for the Margarita Shrimp. Very disappointing.

Worst riblets ever.

Ordered the all you can eat riblets on the Special night. LOL, the worst riblets ever, All bone, no meat, flavorless and overpriced. I might order them again for the neighbour's dog.

I came here after work one day with my boyfriend and I had a mad craving for quesadillas. I also wanted to give their triple chocolate meltdown a try. Our server was a bit snide and rude. When we only ordered a pint of beer and a chicken quesadilla, he asked incredulously, "That's it?" which really angered my boyfriend. Patrons should not have to justify the amount of food they wish to consume. We are wary of returning to this location in particular but we do like Applebee's because the quesadilla is yummy and triple chocolate meltdown (if not overly heated) is excellent.

Good restaurant

Good food, big helpings, nice customer service. Kind of slow though but that's about it. I would revisit. Not bad and it has a family-type atmosphere feel to it.

Worst Service Ever

Went here for a birthday dinner. Worst experience ever. The waiter is lucky he did not have a name tag or headquarters would have received a call about the horrendous service provided by this waiter. Right off the bat we knew this was going to be a bad night. Took him 15 minutes to come give us our menus. 30 minutes later we had to ask the hostess to get him to come back to take our orders. Out of 10 orders, he somehow managed to mess 7 of them up. The people bringing the food out were questioning if WE placed the orders correctly. How do you mess up an order if you write it all down? Beverage orders were filled or re-filled extremely slowly. Longest wait between asking and receiving was about 30 minutes and yes we timed it. Went up to provide the hostess with some information for a surprise birthday thing. He comes back and loudly asks us, the person's name and age. Kinda spoils the surprise doncha think? We never get this level of service at the Crossings location or any other restaurant. We are not coming back to this location ever again!

The first time my gf and I tried this place out, we loved it. Service was good, and the food was good. The next two times we went, the food was...average at best. Once, my chicken was cold, and it seemed like my plate had been reheated. I can't complain about the service though. The only reason we haven't been back is because they refuse to provide nutritional information for their food.

I have gone to both of the Applebee's in Windsor...

I have gone to both of the Applebee's in Windsor at least half a dozen times, only a few times by choice. The food is very good when the right chef is working. I am amazed that a chain can have such inconsistencies. I will eat here again but not by me picking the place.

Will make it a regular when visiting town.

The food is great, the service is A1. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking lot is very small - need to park across the street when it's busy. Kids meals a great value - especially on kids night! We will return the next time we're in town.

Great Tastes!

Overall the food was wonderful, hot and served to us by a very friendly and attentive waitress. They have this great thing where you could hear the tv's from the privacy of your table so our group was able to watch sports and hear what was going on while we ate! Great experience and will be back very soon!
