Dirtiest place in windsor staff is lazy as can be. If you complain nothing gets fixed. Hallways are littered with filth. Bed bugs are everywhere as well as roaches no one cares. Nothing gets fixed. Run down.. washing machines broken all the time. Elevator is down a lot. Terrible place to live. Sketchy newer tenants. Don't Sent your seniors here they'll be bitten to death by bed bugs. Health unit does not care staff dies not care. It's horrible.

Pro: friendly responsive staff - affordable accessible living - green house, gym and communal activities for seniors - walking distance to grocery store and major city bus line - QUIET Con: sketchy newer tenants - staff cant keep up with the mess, or property damage, occasional elevator down time which cause long wait times VERY Con: No quarantine and treatment plan when bed bugs found in laundry room - no posted cleanliness rules in hallways (people leave perishables on benches)

I find the Cencourse to be dirty. The hallway in floors could be taken more seriously when it comes to cleaning. Floors smell like filthy litter box and cat spray especially that 15th floor . It says there are 13 people working for the Cencourse but as a visitor on a daily basis I have yet to see anyone vacuum tenants floors let alone the entrance off Ouellette Ave.
